About Us
Our small, friendly, and specialist team works across the South East, and is dedicated to helping people with complex physical disabilities, embed 24-hour postural care into their daily lives.
As independent specialists in 24-hour postural care, we connect individuals, support teams, and equipment providers through a proactive, collaborative approach. By empowering teams with expert training and using body-symmetry measurements to monitor progress, we protect body shape and promote comfort – creating healthier futures for those with complex disabilities
Our Goal
Our goal is to help people win the fight against gravity, ensuring they are comfortable and supported enough to do the things that matter to them, both now and in the future.
Our History
Posture Partnership was founded in 2020 by Jane Pratley. It was born out of a drive to provide a specialist service, that addresses every aspect of 24-hour postural care.
Jane believes that postural care should be the bedrock of daily life for people with complex disabilities and that it requires a specialist focus rather than being split between different professional groups. Her vision was to bring together assessment, body symmetry measurement, and expert training, to really enable postural care to be embedded into daily life based on a clear plan and a solid clinical foundation. Collaboration working is at the heart of Posture Partnership and we have built up a strong relationship not only with the people we support long-term but also their wider support networks and therapy teams.
Beyond her clinical knowledge, Jane is always a pleasure to work with—approachable, adaptable, and genuinely committed to meeting our son’s individual needs. Her dynamic approach and ongoing support have made a lasting difference to our son’s quality of life, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she has done and continues to do in the future.AH, Family member Read more

The Team
Jane Pratley- Founder & Specialist Physiotherapist
